AFE PARTNERS. Any person or organisation wishing to become an AFE Partner must be the holder of an open AFE Trade Account, with a valid entitlement to trade discount as defined from time to time in AFEs qualifying conditions. Commission earned through the AFE Partners scheme will be paid by way of credit to the Partner’s AFE Trade Account. If there is no valid, open trade account in force for any period of the Partnership, any commission payable for the quarter in which that period occurs will be void.
